Accounts must use accurate identity and company information. Fraudulent verification data leads to suspension.

AGENCY NON-CIRCUMVENTION CLAUSE — DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW: if an agency hires, engages or places a candidate introduced through DoMate within 6 to 12 months of the first introduction, the agency owes the same membership/unlock fee — even where the contact was continued or concluded outside the platform, through a third party, or under a different legal entity of the same group.

Agencies may publish job details only. Publishing company contact details, phone numbers, emails, links or messaging handles inside a listing, or inviting candidates to continue outside DoMate before unlocking, is a breach of these terms; such details are automatically removed and repeated breaches lead to suspension.

Reviews and ratings can only be submitted after a confirmed, completed placement, so feedback cannot be used as pressure or retaliation.
